Delivery Options
Most orders ship the same day, or the next business day.
SDZ Supply Co., LLC. is committed to shipping your order so it arrives in a timely manner. We offer a variety of shipping options including Next Day and 2-Day service. Please review our delivery options below. We ship via UPS, Old Dominion, and Con-way exclusively. If you have a preferred shipping method outside of our carriers, we will gladly ship via your carrier only with your account number or collect.
Delivery Rate
Standard(Ground) - 2-5 Days $8.95 per order(not per item).
2nd Day $19.95 per order(not per item). Orders must be received by 2:00pm EST
Next Day Will be calculated when order is in fulfillment. Orders must be received by 2:00pm EST
Collect MUST Provide your freight account number. Orders must be received by 2:00pm EST
Truck Will be calculated when order is in fulfillment. Orders requiring truck shipping will ship
the next business day, after the order has been completed and fulfilled.
International* Based on international shipping rates and will be added when order is in fulfillment.
* Internationally, we currently only ship to Canada and Mexico. We apologize for any inconvenience.

PO Boxes
Thermal Printer Parts and Printheads can be shipped to PO Boxes for an additional $5.00 Handling Fee. Printers, Labels and Ribbon cannot be shipped to PO Boxes at this time. Please provide a physical address for ribbon and label orders.
Address Verification/Alternate Shipping Address
Address verification is a precautionary measure we take to ensure your safety and prevent fraud. We conduct address verification though your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identity and verify the validity of your purchase, thereby ultimately protecting your credit. Both your billing and shipping addresses are verified before an order ships.
