The following applies for returns or exchanges:
The product must be in its original condition including the box, packaging and all accessories. Avoid making any marks or writing on the box. All returns must be approved before returning. Please call 1-888-353-0083, or email returns@sdzsupply.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.
Credits can only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase, if a credit card was used. If ordered via purchase order, then a standing credit will be applied to your account once return is approved and received.
Some items are non-returnable, including: custom labels, circuit boards, power supplies, opened supplies (labels, ribbons, printheads, RFID tags).
Customer is responsible for a 25% restocking fee of item price, on returns and exchanges. The exchange fee is based on the item being returned, not the item being purchased.
Cancellation of custom configurations and labels is subject to a 25% cancellation fee of total order value.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Call or Email us for assistance on where to ship the item back to us.
Return items unused and in original packing. Avoid any marks on product or original packaging. Pack the item in the same way as it was received, with all included parts, manuals, etc.
DOA(Dead On Arrival)/Defective Product Returns
On rare occasions, customers may receive a DOA (Dead on Arrival) product. In this case, after manufacturer approval, there is no restock fee.
